NOTE: CertPay versions 5 and 6 require the following items to be installed:

• Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework [22 MB]
  • Available from here.
• Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005 SP3 (used by CertPay to store data)
  • Click here to download the 32-bit version [32 MB].
  • Click here to download the 64-bit version [55 MB].

These items must be installed before running CertPay. If you are on dial-up, we highly recommend requesting a Program CD.
